I can charge by the hour or charge a flat rate depending on the situation. If
you’re unsure of the cost from that prices below, that’s ok, contact me for a
quote. Want a discount for combining services or do you have multiple computers?

Hourly rate – In Home

$75 per hour – 1 hour minimum then billed per quarter hour.

This service includes but is not limited to miscellaneous troubleshooting on
one or multiple computers at your home or small office. Other services can
charge $449 or more for “advanced diagnostic, repair and prevention”. I find
that most problems can be solved for a lot less than that. For those severe
issues, Ia just charge my low hourly rate.

Hourly rate (remote) – Covers any remote support!!

$35 per hour – 1 hour minimum then billed per quarter hour.

This should be our first option. To take advantage of remote support, you
just need to download a small program. I will give you instructions over the
phone or via e-mail. If I cannot fix your issue remotely, there will be no cost
to you. We will then move to an in-home service call.

 

All prices below pertain to a single computer unless otherwise
specified.

 

Tune-up with Virus/Spyware removal

$100
- Flat rate

Upon request, I will also physically clean your computer.

Computers need tune-ups just like your vehicle. Failure to maintain your
computer will cause it to malfunction or completely quit working altogether. I
perform PC tune-ups and take preventive measures that provide you with a stable
system. Whether or not you are experiencing difficulties with your PC, regularly
scheduled maintenance is absolutely essential.

Networking and Internet

$100 for 1 – 2 computers + $25
for each additional computer.

Need assistance with your new Cable or DSL service? Want to make sure you
connection is secure? Need assistance with your existing setup? My networking
and internet service call will include: ISP and wireless network setup, security
configuration and file and printer sharing between computers (if applicable).
This can include multiple computers at your home. Hardware/software not
included.

Data Recovery

Starting at $250. Call for quote.

Accidently delete important files? Hard drive starting to fail? I will
recover your files and transfer the files to a CD, DVD, or an external hard
drive. Up to 250gb. Need more than 250gb recovered or have a severely damaged
hard drive, call for a quote. Hardware not included.

Data Backup

$125 – Flat rate (up to 5 cd’s, 5 dvd’s or 500GB on an external
hard drive)

Otherwise $75 per hour

Anybody who doesn’t have a backup of those important files should take
advantage of this service. Don’t wait until it’s too late. This service includes
backing up your data to a CD, DVD or external hard drive (you supply). I will
also show you how to do this yourself so you can always have those important
files backed up.
