My name is Ryan Schuchman, your Tech Guru. While transitioning between jobs in the telecom world, I made the decision to start doing IT support full time. I've been doing this for about 10 years off and on, part time. I first started my business in 1997 by placing ads in the Hacienda Heights Pennysaver. Since then, I have serviced hundreds of loyal customers.
By making the transition to a full time business, I hope to better serve my clients by expanding my resources and being available 24/7. I keep my clients by providing very affordable, trustworthy, high quality service. Too many times, I've had customers call me after being burned by one of the larger companies. They have either been charged $160 for a service call that didn't fix their issue, or where led to purchase hardware that they didn't want or need.
With the Tech Guru, if I can't fix it, you don't pay. I will always
make sure you are comfortable with every decision being made. I will never
lead you to make an unnecessary purchase of hardware or service that you don't
want or need.
My belief is, " A happy customer is a repeat customer". I need you as
much as you need me. To keep my fees low and advertising costs down, I operate on
repeat business and referrals.
I will be servicing the Orange County and surrounding areas. See below for
list of cities. If you are not in the area below, don't hesitate to call
or e-mail me to see if I will venture out. I also have customers in
Hacienda Heights, Covina/West Covina, La Puente, City of Industry, Corona/Norco
etc…
